Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems Operations Management or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Day to day
- Serve as the primary technical bridge between clients their developer teams and the core platform
- Support client developers with data mapping payload interpretation and Cotality API integrations
- Analyze triage and debug API requests JSON/XML payloads and integration queries to resolve errors and data mismatches
- Track document and reproduce technical issues while coordinating with internal engineering to accelerate fixes
- Guide clients through onboarding milestones and maintain clear technical documentation FAQs and troubleshooting guides
