Remote Sr. Project Manager Job in Milton Keynes, UK WorkForce Software

Who you are

• 5+ years project management experience with external customers
• 7+ years project management experience with enterprise software implementations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with capability of shifting focus rapidly
• Strong consulting experience in project management
• Familiarity/background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
• Knowledge of software development process and cycle
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies preferred
• Project delivery and/or Project Management qualifications such as PMI or Prince2 or equivalent
• Additional languages beneficial
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

What the job involves

• Lead client software implementation and integration projects, including complex and multiple projects at once
• Perform project control activities such as creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, issue/risk/change/defect logs
• Manage creation, execution, and analysis of Statements of Work (SOW) and Project Change Orders (PCO), including estimates
• Develop detailed staffing plans for internal resource allocation and capacity planning, working with shared resources
• Manage customer expectations with honesty and compassion
• Promote continuous improvement by following best practices, tools, and processes established by the Center for Project Excellence competency center
• Foster a culture of innovation, confidence, trust, and integrity
• Assist with mentoring hard and soft skills for successful project planning, execution, delivery, and support.
