Requirements
- 3-5+ years of manual QA experience
- Front-end UI testing experience
- Back-end testing experience
- Strong test case management skills
- Strong test execution skills
- Defect and bug reporting and tracking experience
- Experience testing complex integrated software solutions
- Experience with data flows and multi-service interactions
- UI testing skills including design usability and workflow validation
- Database testing with SQL for data validation
- API testing with REST SOAP using Postman or similar tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineers product managers and operational teams
- Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Must be comfortable turning camera on during meetings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Perform manual QA across front-end UI back-end integrations APIs and complex data workflows for new and existing features
- Design author and maintain clear comprehensive test plans and test cases that validate end-to-end behavior
- Validate data-rich inventory systems and help protect mission-critical workflows that support vaccine ordering and administration
- Partner closely with engineers product managers and operations to champion quality throughout the SDLC and improve team outcomes
