Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and software development
- 5-7 years of leadership experience managing a QA team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Hands on expertise with automation tools frameworks and standard methodologies
- Experience in test planning test design test execution and automation strategy
- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS
- Hands on UI and API automation experience with tools such as Selenium Postman JMeter BlazeMeter Pytest BrowserStack or MABL
- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting QA methodologies tools and processes
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills

Day to day
- Lead a QA team to test SaaS and on-premises products and software solutions with a focus on reliability and quality
- Define and improve QA strategy methodology processes and frameworks while driving automated testing and agile testing practices
- Partner with developers product managers support services and operations to gather feedback review requirements and ensure timely releases with measurable quality metrics
