Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Coding proficiency in C# or other high-level language
  • SQL proficiency for story/bug verification and functional test automation
  • 4+ years relevant work experience
  • 2+ years software testing experience including test planning and execution
  • 2+ years test automation experience for web-based product and APIs
  • 2+ years experience in Agile development environment
  • Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins / GitHub Actions
  • Experience working with front-end or back-end testing tools (preferred)
  • Experience in health IT (preferred)

Day to day

  • Work in an Agile, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing of Web applications.
  • Develop automation for REST web services using a C#-based framework.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on defects and produce concise bug reports.
  • Identify, log, triage, prioritize, and drive resolution of defects with other engineers and support teams.
