Requirements
- Strong experience with enterprise WAF technologies such as Akamai Cloudflare Imperva F5 or AWS WAF
- Deep knowledge of HTTP/S TLS/SSL DNS TCP/IP CDN architecture REST APIs and web application security
- Experience managing certificates troubleshooting production environments and responding to security incidents
- Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell Python or Bash is a plus
- Security certifications such as CISSP Security+ GSEC or Akamai certifications are a bonus

Day to day
- Design and implement Web Application Firewall protections for enterprise web applications and APIs.
- Tune Akamai or similar security platforms to defend against OWASP Top 10 threats DDoS bots and API attacks.
- Investigate security incidents optimize CDN and TLS certificate operations and drive automation for continuous improvement.
