Responsible for day-to-day client deliverables creating and managing custom client strategies and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
Focus on enterprise clients requiring a deep understanding of their service line and its business impact for a holistic marketing strategy
Create custom strategies implementing best practices to achieve company metrics adapting plans based on client marketing goals current campaigns and historical performance
Set and review client goals using data from tools like Google Analytics CRM SEMRush and Ahrefs ensuring they are approved by the Associate Director
Manage projects using Asana delegating tasks and collaborating with content writers and designers to ensure on-time quality content delivery
Build and maintain client relationships providing proactive communication and reporting on strategy progress using tools like Slack and conducting bi-weekly monthly and quarterly reviews
Identify opportunities for account growth through upsells cross-sells and referrals supporting clients in expanding their business with additional services
