  • 7+ years of professional software development experience with significant .NET exposure
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and C#/.NET Web API
  • Practical experience with React TypeScript and modern state management
  • Practical experience using Claude or comparable LLM-based agentic tools
  • Strong prompt engineering and agentic workflow judgment
  • Experience deploying agentic workflows to a cloud environment AWS preferred
  • Experience writing and maintaining Playwright test suites in CI/CD
  • Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring and standards setting
  • Proven track record working remotely in a fully distributed team
  • Prior experience collaborating with offshore or nearshore development teams
  • Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum practices
  • Strong communication skills verbal written and presentation abilities
