Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Node and React technologies
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js 20 LTS and frameworks such as Express.js Fastify or NestJS
- Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL MySQL or SQL Server including schema design query optimization and indexing
- Experience with ORMs such as Prisma TypeORM or Sequelize
- Proven experience designing building and documenting RESTful APIs
- Experience with full-stack development and back-end technologies such as .NET Core Azure and C#
- Proficiency with Next 15+ React 19+ React Native 0.80+ and Expo SDK 54+
- Experience with Azure services such as App Service Functions Azure SQL Database Blob Storage and API Management
- Hands-on experience with Docker CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Experience with backend testing frameworks such as Jest Mocha or Supertest and TDD practices
- Strong Git workflow experience including PR reviews branching strategies and collaborative development
- Understanding of services architecture distributed systems and microservices patterns
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization such as JWT OAuth or Azure AD
- Experience with Redis for caching and BullMQ for job queue management

Day to day
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable backend systems aligned with business and technical needs.
- Develop efficient code across Node.js 20 LTS, Next.js, React, React Native, and Expo while following best practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration.
- Design and optimize SQL databases and RESTful APIs, troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable software.
