Day to day
- Build and maintain well-designed and sustainable test architecture
- Create refactor run upgrade and repair automation suites
- Build and maintain continuous performance testing plans and suites
- Create and maintain test automation integration throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams and across the larger company
- Provide detailed follow-up across departments on what to expect from our products including performance baselines
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate prioritize plan coordinate and perform quality testing activities and provide feedback to product and development teams
- Demonstrate best practices in everything you do including meaningful test coverage and striving to ensure maintainability
