Sr. Software Engineer QA

Day to day

• Build and maintain well-designed and sustainable test architecture
• Create refactor run upgrade and repair automation suites
• Build and maintain continuous performance testing plans and suites
• Create and maintain test automation integration throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams and across the larger company
• Provide detailed follow-up across departments on what to expect from our products including performance baselines
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate prioritize plan coordinate and perform quality testing activities and provide feedback to product and development teams
• Demonstrate best practices in everything you do including meaningful test coverage and striving to ensure maintainability
