- Bachelors Degree

What the job involves
- Maintain Wendy’s relationship with field leadership and franchisees to ensure the mutual success of the partnership.
- Assist in converting restaurant technical support to Wendy’s Restaurant Technical Support Center.
- Work with assigned franchisees/customers and WRTSC to ensure a positive customer service experience, maintaining regular communication.
