Requirements
- 10+ years relevant SAP experience with strong UK SAP HR/Payroll expertise
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management configuration
- Hands-on UK implementation experience with at least two full life-cycle implementations
- Experience supporting application end-users in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll statutory regulations PCR and schema
- Experience with payroll finance integration and absence processing
- Ability to support UK Local Government issues including LGPS Teachers Pension RTI and EOY
- Knowledge of country-specific HR/Payroll for other European or Middle East countries is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- English fluency speaking reading and writing
Day to day
- Provide remote-based expert support for mission-critical SAP HR/Payroll systems in a global customer environment.
- Research and troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across Payroll Time Management Personnel Administration and Organization Management.
- Diagnose problems configure and test fixes advise clients on best practices and deliver high-quality solutions in highly integrated environments.
