Day to day

  • Provide independent distribution IT support for routine and increasingly complex tasks following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Respond to end user support requests by diagnosing application problems and resolving tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Deliver consultative support to employees and Field Service Agents while documenting incidents and collaborating with stakeholders to drive resolution.
