- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word

Day to day
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across exempt and non-exempt roles, managing intake screening interviews offers and close with precision
- Build sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines using direct search referrals niche boards and outreach to fill hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers HRBPs Compensation and Compliance to improve processes strengthen accountability and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Own ATS data integrity in Paycor and maintain accurate records reporting and recruiting workflows to support compliance and timely hiring
