Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on e-commerce platforms and complex internal tooling
- Strong Figma proficiency including components auto-layout variables and prototyping
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work on tight timelines with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with or building out a design system
- Clear communicator who collaborates across design and engineering
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making good decisions without a perfect brief
- Hands-on familiarity with integrating AI into the design workflow
Nice to have
- Motion design skills
- Front-end familiarity
- E-commerce platform experience
- Enterprise tools experience
- Headless commerce awareness
Day to day
- Lead the design of internal tooling and e-commerce storefront experiences that feel polished intuitive and on-brand
- Own and iterate on core user flows including shopping search filtering and checkout with a bias toward shipping and improving over time
- Collaborate closely with engineering product merchandising and leadership to translate requirements into feasible high-quality solutions and evolve the design system
