Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience designing software applications for web and mobile
- Strong visual design skills shown in portfolio and case studies
- Ability to make sound product and design decisions with a PM partner
- Experience creating intuitive user flows and polished micro-interactions
- Comfort working with design systems and established UX patterns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design partners
- Awareness of rapidly evolving AI design tools and processes
- Must reside in the USA and be available for remote or hybrid work

Day to day
- Design intuitive software experiences for web and mobile products
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers on a primary feature area
- Create user flows and micro-interactions that guide customers efficiently through tasks
- Work within an existing design system while proposing thoughtful improvements when needed
- Use AI-assisted design processes to move quickly and ship high-quality experiences
