Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Journalism Mass Communications Design Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in UX writing technical writing or related field
- 3+ years of experience working within a regulated document control environment
- Proficiency with basic computer skills including internet navigation email usage and word processing
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to perform the essential duties with or without accommodation

Day to day
- Create and maintain customer-facing UX content across digital and physical touchpoints to improve the customer experience.
- Write clear concise copy for websites patient support materials training resources and patient/provider messaging campaigns.
- Partner with content strategists designers product managers researchers and technical or commercial leaders to ensure accuracy consistency and effective communication.
