Requirements
- 5+ years of visual design experience
- BA BS degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or related field
- Portfolio showing strong deck design social-first content and platform-specific work
- Experience using performance metrics such as CTR and engagement to guide design decisions
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Sketch and Figma
- Ability to manage high-priority projects and tight deadlines
- Strong design fundamentals in typography color theory and composition
- Experience leveraging AI tools in creative workflows
- Meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to adapt quickly to platform updates and shifting priorities

Day to day
- Create high-quality static animated video and presentation assets for marketing decks visual reports and social campaigns
- Translate complex data and business metrics into clear charts graphs and infographics that support a strong narrative
- Build flexible presentation templates and adapt designs across 16:9 9:16 and wide-format specifications while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders manage feedback and deliver urgent creative requests on tight deadlines
- Use AI-powered design tools and monitor trends to improve production speed and keep creative output current
