Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience in a mid-to-large-size organisation
  • Experience building AI tooling to improve developer experience
  • Ability to influence how people work across multiple teams
  • Proven experience building AI tooling used by others in a commercial environment
  • Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript
  • Frontend skills with Next.js or React
  • Strong AI knowledge including LLMs embeddings MCPs RAG evals and agentic platforms
  • Experience building production infrastructure using IaC k8s or lambda functions
  • Self-starter who takes ownership end to end
  • Motivated by impact and measurable outcomes

Nice to have

  • Cloudflare experience
  • Monitoring tools experience
  • Guardrails and metrics mindset

Day to day

  • Build on top of the AI cloud coding agent and extend the core AI harness
  • Enable capabilities for specification testing and service reliability within AI agents
  • Improve developer experience and team throughput through practical AI tooling
  • Work with engineers and product managers to design ship and iterate on impactful systems
  • Partner on security and data governance to ensure safe appropriate access to data
  • Help teams adopt AI software development practices and measure their impact
