Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience
- Experience shipping AI systems into production
- Strong background in agentic engineering and AI-augmented development tools
- Ability to design agent workflows memory orchestration and evaluation frameworks
- Fluency with LangChain LangGraph GraphQL and MCP
- Proficiency in SQL and Python with Snowflake and dbt
- Experience with CDC APIs and data services such as DMS OpenFlow or Kafka
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship experience
- Ability to communicate technical decisions and raise team capability

Day to day
- Lead the design and production delivery of agentic AI systems across Nucleus and the broader platform.
- Architect agent memory orchestration evaluation frameworks and reliable patterns that improve agent decisions at scale.
- Build with AI developer tools and AI-augmented workflows to ship high-quality features faster than traditional engineering methods.
- Provide architectural leadership across services data flows technical debt reduction and mentor engineers on AI system delivery.
