Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- At least three years of litigation experience with a focus on legal drafting and writing
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
- Demonstrated strength in legal writing editing and written advocacy
- Experience drafting complex litigation documents across multiple jurisdictions
- Exceptional attention to detail in written work product
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple writing assignments and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with federal and state court rules and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel

Day to day
