Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years professional backend software development experience
- Strong understanding of Typescript Node.js messaging queues and MongoDB
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and communicate clearly
- Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in fast paced dynamic environments
- Proven ability to engage with customers and understand needs
- Experience with AI is preferred

Day to day
- Design and build efficient reusable backend systems that are highly reliable and scalable
- Collaborate with product design engineering and customer success teams to define requirements and deliver measurable solutions
- Identify bottlenecks improve performance strengthen security and implement automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute technical guidance while participating in an on call rotation
- Engage deeply with the product and users to shape decisions and improve customer outcomes
