Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 12 years of related experience or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in the defense sector especially in UAS or autonomy is necessary.
- Proven capability as a Sales Engineer with at least 2 years experience.
- Ability to travel internationally at least 20% of the time.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress sales environment.
Day to day
- Work with a high performing Business Development team to provide mission critical AI products.
- Lead the technical strategy through deal cycles with international clients.
- Present and demonstrate the technology efficiently to evoke confidence among stakeholders.
- Respond to technical RFIs and shape compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with software development teams to deliver superior solutions.
- Engage in ongoing research to maintain expertise in the AI defense sector.
