  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership across squads or groups
  • Strong hands-on coding skills and experience delivering production systems across complex codebases
  • Backend or fullstack expertise in Node.js Kotlin Java Python Go React TypeScript Next.js or mobile technologies such as React Native Swift or Kotlin Android
  • Demonstrated success using AI tools for code generation review test authoring analysis refactoring or workflow orchestration
  • Experience with CI/CD cloud infrastructure AWS Docker Kubernetes and developer platform tooling
  • Proven ability to set standards for system design code quality and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication collaboration and mentoring skills

Day to day

  • Design and prototype AI-assisted development techniques that improve engineering speed reliability and confidence
  • Apply these techniques to real product and platform challenges including code generation test creation static analysis and refactoring
  • Collaborate with product engineers DevOps and the Developer Platform team to integrate AI-driven workflows and scale proven solutions across the organization
  • Mentor engineers and shape technical strategy for using AI in everyday development and long-term engineering practices
