Requirements
- Extensive experience building large-scale distributed systems
- Strong commercial experience with Golang
- Proven experience working with high-throughput scalable platforms
- Experience at Staff Engineer Principal Engineer or equivalent level
- Strong understanding of system design architecture and reliability engineering
- Experience within B2B SaaS enterprise software or similar complex technology environments
Day to day
- Design and architect highly scalable distributed systems for a large B2B SaaS platform
- Build and optimise high-throughput services using Golang to support enterprise customers
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions while solving complex problems around scalability reliability and performance
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with engineering leadership to raise standards across the organisation
