Requirements
- Production backend systems experience with APIs data models and distributed services
- Strong full-stack ability to ship end-to-end features
- Direct customer or operator engagement that changed product direction
- Ability to connect engineering work to commercial outcomes
- Architectural decision-making with long-term systems thinking
- Evidence of owning outcomes and pushing back on the wrong problem
- Experience shipping under ambiguity in high-stakes or zero-to-one environments
- Clear communication that raises the bar for other engineers
- Right to work in the UK or EU without sponsorship

Day to day
- Own the highest-impact technical and product priorities that drive ARR and shape Nory's future
