Requirements
- At least ten years of total experience with recent hands-on production coding in Python preferred or Java C++ Go
- Expertise in a cloud platform such as AWS preferred GCP or Azure
- Expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with Django or a similar web framework
- At least two years of experience building data processing pipelines
- Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional architectural projects and rollouts
- Experience writing highly available and low latency services and deploying them in production
- Strong focus on clean code and scalable maintainable architecture
- Ability to dive deep quickly identify root cause and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work across engineering teams on projects that improve systems and designs
Day to day
- Lead technical efforts across multiple squads to address the organization’s most pressing engineering needs
- Drive architectural decisions and deep dives into cross-team performance issues while aligning stakeholders on technology choices
- Build and evolve the EHR data pipeline and the Stellar application to deliver timely accurate information and a smoother provider experience
