Who you are

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience delivering Dynamics solutions to a large user base
• Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies
• Deep understanding of Microsoft stack (Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365)
• Knowledge of best practices for Dynamics 365
• Understanding of SDLC (Agile), Development Management, Data Migrations, Business Process Mapping, Modelling and Documentation
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems
• Experience in customisation of Dynamics: Azure Functions, external services (C#/.NET, Java), Power Page customisation

Desirables

• Deep understanding of Azure and cloud technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of latest developments in Dynamics 365

What the job involves

• Develop a new MS Dynamics solution, delivering through multiple phases of product development and influencing the architecture, implementation, and future direction of the product
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support through the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, implementation, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and customer representatives, serving as a problem-solver and product builder
• Apply curiosity to stay updated with Dynamics 365 developments and suggest product and practice evolutions
• Involved in system configuration and coding
