Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and operating large-scale backend and distributed systems in cloud-native environments
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade services and platforms
- Deep experience with AWS including Lambda IAM Cognito Secrets Manager AWS Batch Glue Athena EKS and other cloud-native technologies
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure as Code
- Experience designing and implementing authentication authorization identity management and cloud security solutions
- Ability to define technical architecture evaluate trade-offs and drive platform decisions
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code Cursor and GitHub
- Hands-on mindset with strong individual contributor capability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Day to day
- Define and drive the architectural vision for the platform.
- Design and build scalable secure resilient distributed systems and cloud-native services.
- Lead technical design reviews mentor engineers and influence platform direction across Engineering Product Security and leadership teams.
