Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Voice or similar conversational AI platform
- Advanced proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows
- Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs including REST SOAP and GraphQL and integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience with Einstein AI capabilities and analytics
- Knowledge of VoIP call handling protocols and voice telecommunications
- Proven ability to design scalable maintainable solutions in large-scale environments
- Strong understanding of data security compliance requirements and call recording regulations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment

Day to day
- Design and develop AI-driven voice solutions using Agentforce Voice and Salesforce Voice capabilities
- Architect secure and scalable voice integration solutions with Salesforce APIs and third-party services
- Build Apex classes Lightning Web Components and Flow logic to support voice workflows and CRM synchronization
- Implement Einstein Voice and analytics features to improve customer interactions reporting and insight generation
- Troubleshoot optimize and document voice implementations while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers
