Requirements
- Deep multi-domain security expertise across Product Security Cloud Security Data Security Access Governance or Detection & Response
- Recent hands-on engineering experience with coding security infrastructure and system design reviews
- Experience building security programs at scale including Security Review Secure Design Security Champions and Security Metrics Reporting
- Strong communication skills for presenting strategy and risk to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work with ownership ambiguity and prioritize across long-term vision and near-term execution

Day to day
- Lead the development of a multi-year Security Engineering vision and roadmap that aligns stakeholders and drives execution across the company
- Design and build secure-by-default infrastructure such as authentication authorization audit logging and egress control to help teams move quickly and safely
- Own security capabilities at scale including data tagging security scorecards least privilege and vulnerability management while partnering closely with engineering platform product and compliance teams
