Requirements
- 7+ years modern software development experience delivering custom software
- 7+ years experience with Ruby on Rails and Elixir and Phoenix
- 2+ years experience with Flutter and/or React Native
- 5+ years experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD infrastructure as code monitoring deployment and tooling
- 3+ years experience in a consultancy environment
- Experience with technical discovery solution design and estimation for client facing projects
- Practical experience using AI tools for software development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage expectations among teammates and managers

Day to day
- Provide technical leadership across multiple client projects and guide teams of developers designers and QA analysts
- Plan and implement technical delivery maintain product requirements backlogs and sprint direction with project managers
- Lead code reviews pair programming DevOps practices and cloud architecture while mentoring teammates and supporting pre-sales discovery
