Requirements
- 7+ years of professional front end development experience
- 3+ years of deep React expertise including state management animations and Webpack
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Experience with modern frameworks and React Native is a plus
- Proven ability to lead or architect complex interactive applications end to end
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process
- Strong understanding of performance and scalability across browsers and devices
- BS BA in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Lead front end technical direction for cross-functional agile teams building high-impact web applications.
- Drive architecture choices and coding standards that improve scalability maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product design backend and mobile partners to create accessible polished and delightful user experiences.
- Write high-quality testable code perform thoughtful reviews and mentor engineers to raise team capability and culture.
