Day to day
- Lead technical direction for Telescope across web and mobile, setting strong architecture and quality standards
- Improve design system contribution workflows, triage, and request handling to help product teams ship faster
- Build hands-on in code while coaching engineers, driving adoption, and improving tooling, testing, documentation, and system health
