- Experience developing mobile games with Unity3D
- Experience developing real-time server authoritative multiplayer games
- Solicit and incorporate game feature feedback in an iterative process
- Work on a cross-discipline game development team
- High-energy, hands-on with attention to detail
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong understanding of game mechanics and design principles
- Fluent in English with interpersonal communication skills
