Requirements
- 10+ years building production frontend and full-stack systems
- Deep expertise in React TypeScript and modern frontend architecture
- Experience with Angular Vue or Next.js is a plus
- Strong backend and API fluency with Node.js GraphQL and REST
- Real design sensibility and experience partnering with designers
- Experience taking products from early stage to scale

Day to day
- Own the frontend architecture and delivery for Pulse across Teams and Slack applications, taking features from component design through production.
- Turn ambiguous product goals into polished, shippable experiences by partnering closely with design and product on flows edge cases and rollout plans.
- Build reusable component and design systems and shape API contracts and frontend service layers across Node.js GraphQL and REST.
- Improve quality through testing accessibility performance telemetry and controlled releases while mentoring engineers and setting frontend standards.
