Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of server-side development with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with JUnit Rest Assured or Cucumber
- 7+ years of front-end development with JavaScript TypeScript and React
- Familiarity with Vitest Playwright or Jest
- Recent AI-first development experience with Claude Code and Cursor preferred
- 5+ years of cloud experience in AWS
- 8+ years of database experience with SQL NoSQL and GraphDB
- MySQL preferred PostgreSQL and Neo4j a plus
- Experience in a remote-first environment
- Ability to collaborate with near-shore and off-shore partners
- Excellent problem-solving analytical communication and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of cloud deployment and infrastructure components
- Startup or SMB experience using agile methodologies

Day to day
- Design and build full-stack application solutions across frontend backend database testing and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and a lead architect to translate business needs into clear technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance code reviews and mentorship while helping lead small projects to completion.
- Improve reliability security observability and API documentation across the platform using modern cloud and AI-first tools.
