Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development experience using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- 3+ years building and operating production workloads on AWS
- Experience designing APIs integrations cloud-native applications and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda API Gateway S3 DynamoDB or RDS SQS or SNS EventBridge Step Functions CloudWatch and IAM
- Experience with CI/CD Infrastructure as Code automated testing and modern software delivery practices
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Day to day
- Lead hands-on development of scalable cloud-native applications APIs integrations and workflow solutions on AWS
- Architect and implement distributed systems using modern cloud patterns while improving platform capabilities and reusable frameworks
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and cross-team guidance to raise engineering standards quality and reliability
- Partner with Product Design QA Data and Operations to deliver business outcomes and continuous improvement
