Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years professional software development experience, 3+ years in Typescript (Node.js)
- Experienced in engineering SaaS products on a cloud platform (3+ years)
- Experience with NoSQL databases a plus
- EST time zone based
- Independent, highly communicative engineer motivated by new technology to serve users needs
- Passionate about impact at scale with a can-do attitude
- Problem solver passionate about clean code, testing, and business impact through technology
- Team player with great communication skills
- Love our tech stack (or willing to challenge it)
- Past leadership experience or desire for leadership
- Experience in ecommerce/payments (optional)
- Leading projects and delivering end-to-end

Day to day
- Design and implement microservices in Typescript using Node.js backed by MongoDB and other NoSQL datastores in an AWS environment
- Implement systems that scale and are flexible to accommodate evolving business strategy
- Work across a global, remote team with early morning EST hours preferred
