Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio showing strong UX across multi-surface multi-platform experiences
- Experience with E2E growth activation engagement or conversion problems
- Comfort reasoning from behavioral data and metrics
- Strong problem-framing skills
- Track record of running experiments with learnings applied
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with research data PM and content partners
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive alignment with senior partners
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping in Figma Cursor etc
Nice to have
- AI/ML experience
- A/B testing familiarity
- Document workflow experience
- Accessibility focused
Day to day
- Own the design of how users move from first encounter with PDF Spaces through activation engagement and sharing
- Use funnel data to identify hesitation drop off and missed value moments then turn those insights into design opportunities
- Frame hypotheses prototype quickly run experiments and collaborate across research data content product and engineering to improve growth outcomes for Spaces
- Operate at staff scope by shaping the problem influencing the roadmap and elevating the team’s thinking about growth design
