- 7+ years building and shipping applications or software with strong mobile-first consumer experience
- Experience designing onboarding activation or retention flows for consumer products
- Understanding of crypto ecosystems with a crypto-native perspective
- Proven ability to present work to product teams and leadership with clear rationale
- Experience leading product direction and applying strategic thinking to define goals and user opportunities

Day to day
- Lead design for the Growth & Engagement team from concept to launch in close partnership with cross-functional partners
- Create simple elegant end-to-end experiences that improve activation retention and everyday engagement
- Turn complex concepts into onboarding and trust-building flows that feel intuitive approachable and easy to use
- Influence strategic decisions about user lifecycle growth and Phantom's future product direction
