  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments
  • Track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end in complex operational environments
  • Direct experience working with Implementation Operations or Client Success teams
  • Experience building and launching products with commercial and go-to-market teams
  • Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools

Day to day

  • Own the roadmap for food access and benefits programs from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable product capabilities
  • Design the member experience and build configurable systems that help clients and internal teams launch and manage benefits at scale
  • Partner closely with engineering partnerships operations and commercial teams to shape strategy go-to-market and cross-functional execution
