Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Python proficiency required
- TypeScript and Go strongly preferred
- Integrated testing frameworks from zero in at least two ecosystems
- Defined quality standards and production-readiness criteria for an engineering organization
- Fluency integrating CI/CD quality gates into engineering workflows
- Introduced testing culture to one or more teams
- Located within ET +/- 1

Day to day
- Lead the quality function across engineering by shaping strategy, delivery, and standards from the ground up.
- Work inside product teams to assess test coverage, identify high-risk areas, and build prioritized testing roadmaps that improve production readiness.
- Design frameworks, CI/CD gates, and collaborative testing practices that make quality a natural part of everyday engineering work.
- Write code, review architecture for testability, pair on complex test design, and teach engineers how to build reliable software.
