Requirements

  • 10+ years in software quality assurance with enterprise-scale systems experience
  • 8+ years hands-on with Playwright Java TestNG and JavaScript frameworks such as Mocha
  • 6+ years hands-on test automation across API Web and Mobile platforms
  • 4+ years leading QA teams and managing multiple applications or large-scale projects
  • 4+ years implementing API automation with Node.js and performance or load testing with JMeter
  • Strong experience integrating automation with Git and Jenkins in CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience leading quality initiatives across onshore and offshore distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies quality engineering best practices and governance standards
  • Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead within Agile environments
  • Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks across UI API and integration layers
  • Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools or intelligent automation techniques
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD integration quality gates and release validation workflows
  • Hands-on experience testing distributed systems across backend services and frontend applications
  • Practical experience working within AWS environments and cloud-native architectures
  • Ability to build long-term scalable quality strategies using emerging technologies like AI
  • Skilled at explaining technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders
  • Takes ownership of quality outcomes and anticipates problems early
  • Capable of influencing peers and leadership without relying solely on authority

Day to day

  • Lead strategic QA architecture and design scalable test automation frameworks for enterprise systems.
  • Drive AI/ML-enabled automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual toil across CI/CD pipelines.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to strengthen software reliability, support release velocity, and influence a quality-first culture.
  • Proactively identify systemic risks, perform root cause analysis after critical incidents, and document standards and processes clearly.
