Requirements
- Demonstrable software engineering experience in programming application design and SDLC
- Proven experience as a Product or Application Security Engineer in a modern engineering environment
- Curiosity for emerging threats especially around AI and ML systems
- Excellent communicator who can translate between engineering security and go-to-market teams
- Hands-on experience with structured threat modelling including STRIDE and LINDDUN
- Strong Claude Code or equivalent AI coding agent experience
- Demonstrated use of agentic AI to build automate and accelerate security engineering work

Day to day
- Act as the security partner to engineering teams, helping them design build and ship securely without slowing development
- Drive and maintain product security tooling including code scanning vulnerability detection CI/CD hardening and reporting
- Lead threat modelling across the product using structured STRIDE and LINDDUN assessments and apply AI tooling to make the process faster and more scalable
- Monitor emerging threats around AI systems and tools and help evolve the security posture as the field changes
- Use agentic AI tools such as Claude Code to automate build and scale product security workflows and internal tooling
