Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant technical leadership
- Deep hands-on expertise in Python and ability to work across ecosystems
- Strong distributed systems and architecture fundamentals including API design event-driven workflows and scalability
- Experience with data-intensive systems such as PostgreSQL Redshift batch or streaming pipelines
- Experience with recommendation systems machine learning platforms pricing systems or experimentation workflows
- Strong cloud and platform engineering experience across AWS containers Kubernetes Terraform Helm Argo CD CI/CD and observability
- Ability to lead through influence communicate tradeoffs clearly and drive alignment
- Strong record of improving engineering quality through testing operational readiness incident learning security and documentation
- Product judgment and customer empathy linking technical investment to measurable business outcomes
- Business-level English fluency and experience in a remote globally distributed organization

Day to day

- Improve scalability reliability security observability and operability while modernizing legacy systems through careful incremental migrations and hands-on engineering work.
