Requirements
- Strong technical talent with deep experience building deploying monitoring and scaling modern serverless or container-based systems
- Strong technical problem solving and organizational skills
- Experience demonstrating systems design project management and mentorship skills
- Experience with Typescript or similar modern stacks
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with NestJS NextJS Postgres or similar technologies is a plus
- Bias for action and ability to move quickly

Day to day
- Architect and build new systems from scratch with careful tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainability
- Lead build test and release products with stringent correctness and scalability needs including financial tools and calculators
- Tackle complex integrations in the personal finance space to improve customer experience and financial reporting
- Shape product strategy and tech direction by scoping work and balancing speed with elegant user experience
