Requirements

  • 5+ years of production backend engineering with end to end ownership of a complex service
  • Strong hands on Python or Go experience building backend services and data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of provenance and attestation standards such as SLSA in-toto Sigstore and DSSE
  • Comfort with cryptographic fundamentals including signing verification key material certificate chains OIDC based keyless signing and transparency logs
  • Familiarity with SBOM formats such as CycloneDX and SPDX as attestation artifacts
  • Experience with AWS services such as S3 RDS Postgres Kinesis ECS and Lambda plus infrastructure as code with Terraform
  • Track record building or operating multi tenant SaaS platforms with data isolation and audit logging

Day to day

  • Design and ship a provenance ingestion service that accepts attestation and build data from CI/CD systems public registries and customer pipelines
  • Own the storage architecture for signed provenance metadata and ensure it is reliable and scalable
  • Build a validation engine that checks cryptographic integrity and evaluates attestation data against customer trust policies
  • Deliver clean well documented APIs that expose provenance data to customers and the wider platform
