Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Track record of designing shipping and operating production systems at scale
- Deep expertise in a modern backend language
- Strong software architecture and distributed systems knowledge
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis or similar coordination layer
- Cloud-native experience on AWS or equivalent
- Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform
- Containerized services experience with ECS Fargate Kubernetes or similar
- Strong testing discipline with unit and integration tests
- Ownership of reliability observability and production debugging
- Excellent problem solving analytical and communication skills

Day to day
- Design and build production backend services and distributed workflow systems end to end.
