Requirements
- US Citizenship or Greencard required due to government contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 8–10+ years of software and platform engineering experience
- Strong track record designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Deep experience building platform infrastructure and backend systems
- Expert in Rust with high-performance systems experience
- Demonstrated expertise in database architecture and scalable data systems
- Experience designing systems that support AI and machine learning workloads
- Familiarity with workflow engines execution runtimes and AI orchestration frameworks
- Growth mindset and low ego
- Drive to foster collaboration psychological safety and technical excellence
- Strong advocate for inclusion in technical discussions

Day to day
- Design and develop foundational platform components and frameworks for an Agentic AI platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and machine learning engineers to create scalable infrastructure that supports developers and ML workflows.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues to keep the platform stable and reliable.
